GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HealthCare.gov customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Vanohelp: I called to change my address and my insurance was canceled and then reinstated because they have to resubmit the application with any Chang being reported. My insurance carrer now says I have no insurance so now I have to wait ** DAYS until marketplace completes processing the application and then communicate this to my carrer. In the mean time I have a medical condition that requires meds over *,*** and frequent doc. Visits and they just say sorry maybe you can pay out of pocket and then we will reinburst you. My doctors want something up front. I think they just want you to get frustrated and leave or just die. I am so stressed over this and it's the last thing I need to be.

~Vanohelp: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Vanohelp: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HealthCare.gov's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Vanohelp: For that I would say four out of five.

~Vanohelp: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HealthCare.gov to know who you are.
