~what right do u have: I signed up in Feb. on this website and still today I have no results. It pops up a screen sorry that the system is down and leave your email and we will let you know when it is up and ready. Yea right!!! Or to busy right now. Or we are fixing the problem. As of today I still have no insurance quotes or nothing. I have never got to the end of it. So now since the due date is up to sign up, I have to send them my email and they send me a link back and you have ** hours to get on it. I done that and guess what, it want let me on there. It said that the system is down, please what a joke. All of it is a joke. It is only hurting people not helping them. And when is he going to see that. He is making people get insurance or pay a fine. That is making Americans have no say what so ever. Cause if we don't get insurance then we pay "U" the money that everyone depends on after the first of the year.

~what right do u have: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HealthCare.gov's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~what right do u have: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HealthCare.gov customers?
~what right do u have: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HealthCare.gov to know who you are.
