~Frustrated: My initial wait was ** min. and when that customer service rep. couldn't help me I was placed on hold waiting to speak with a Supervisor. So I waited for * *** hrs. more and then my call was disconnected. UGGGHHHH....

~Frustrated: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Frustrated: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
