~vickerydm@aol.com: I was hung up on for asking if the customer service lady checked both airport locations in the Atlanta area. As a Gold member I was blown away by this lady's horrible service. She was rude and did not want to talk to me. She hung up on me at **:**am on *****. I may move my Gold status to another company. I needed to book a ** passenger van for a week. That is at least a $*** rental this lady lost the company...and maybe all my business.
