~jamers2004: I decided to link my other bank account to my higher one card. I wanted to start a monthly transfer of *** from my regular bank account to my higher one account. They tried to put the transfer through but because I didn't have my middle initial and the name didn't match EXACTLY the link didn't go through. Because I put my name as Jamie Smith instead of Jamie L. Smith. There was plenty of money in my account and no other restrictions. When it didn't go through due to that reason they put my Higher One account on a security watch list which prevents me from doing anything with my account like linking a bank account, upgrading my account, pretty much anything.**So I contacted customer service * separate times initially because they kept hanging up on me. On the *th try I finally got through. Then it took me explaining there was something wrong with my account to * different agents, none of which understanding what I was trying to say. Finally they escalated me to a manager who finally mad

~jamers2004: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jamers2004: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HigherOne's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jamers2004: For that I would say five out of five.

~jamers2004: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HigherOne to know who you are.
