~ken welson: *. Holland America Staff treated all customers like sailors. As example, Holland America Service officers have their special dining area block away* even customers don't have table to set down to eat, they won't let us use their office dining area.**. Bath tower is not wash clean for us to use* always have something like blood stem, or old men colon smell on it.**. AC does not full running at night in my suit.**. Most time I can hear boat cracking noise during on ocean sailing every night that ** day to Hawaii.**. My suit smell like diesel engine fuel from the AC unit. **. Toilet plug has no service after * hours I call for help.**. During ocean sailing, there are no interest activity to enjoy.**. Holland America Entertainment director had no ideal to create interest activity compared with Royal Caribbean cruise experience.*(Royal Caribbean is much better.) **. On Hawaii ** day trip, Holland American does not give us enough time to stay on Hawaii Islands.***. Foods and activiti
