~minniemarie: For me to give this comment and say service was horrible believe me it was not once but twice within a week. Lady that answered the phone today was named Laura and she was about as friendly as a lion. I felt like I was bothering her. Here is my suggestion, hire someone who cares about working for Holland America!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you take my suggestion. Cruises are wonderful, customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
