You need a lot of patience to keep redialing and waiting to speak with someone, and even then you'll get transferred to yet another person in sales, or customer service or whatever department. * phone calls, ** minutes later I ended a call with a rep that only took * minutes to speak with start to finish. I'll give credit where credit is do, Isaac did an excellent job in communicating and addressing my questions. His quality of service was excellent, I rated the service above 'Good' because when I redialed for the *th time, I had to start all over again waiting then speaking to whomever answers the phone, takes your account into, before waiting for yet another transfer. It received a 'Good' because the wait time this time only took * minutes unlike all the others.
