~riverretreat: absolutely horrible customer service! My listing went from the sort number ** to ** in a matter of a few weeks. The pricing levels are absurd! I've worked very hard to have my rental be listed on the first page by doing all the things that previously kept my listing on the first page. Now Home Away's greed has over taken their company. I think they've red flagged me also by deleting a perfectly acceptable photo because I complained about the response of the photo teams correcting my photos. I had to reload them after * days of waiting for them to fix the problem on there end. They finally responded by email that they have resolved the issue. I responded by saying that I fixed the problem NOT THEM. That*s when my sort fell by about ** spots and one of my photos was taken off the site. Home Away has become too big too fast and there's attitudes are horrible! Unfortunately, it's the website that get's me the bookings. I'd leave in a heartbeat if there was another better option!
