~unhappy honda owner: I am still on hold after wanting to ask a GENERAL question. The respondent was not knowledgable, and only wanted my vin*, first and last name, and address! What does that personally identifiable information have to do with the vehicle? Nothing! I asked to speak to the heavily accented woman's supervisor and am now being punished by a half hour hold, most likely followed by them hanging up on me. This is very annoying.
