GetHuman-wolfson: I was on hold * hours today. I finally was connected with a supervisor about the discrepancy in my health care benefit package i.e. quoted differently on healthcare.gov website and then received explanation of benefits in mail which were totally different. Had a supervisor finally from BCBS and one from healthcare.gov to investigate a) why I never received an ID card and b) why my deductibles for the same plan were different and they disconnected me. I wasted an entire day of my life with no resolution. If I can't get an answer, I need to terminate this insurance asap.
