~Chutneynstuff: After staying in a hotel that was very disappointing due to it being dirty and completely different than what it was advertised as, hotels.com phone representative, Iris, was very polite, sympathetic and understanding. She responded quickly and thoroughly took care of the situation, calling the hotel and canceling it for me, faxing them the complaint to get my reimbursement for my *nd night and then booking a new hotel for me. Because of how they took care of me, I am now a loyal customer of hotels.com and will recommend them to my friends and family.
