GetHuman-213975: I booked a hotel with my fianc**** for ********** thru ********** to stay in a king bed. I made this reservation online with Hotels.com. My fianc**** and I stayed at the hotel until ***** on which we had to leave due to a family emergency. During our stay the hotel was kind and courteous to our needs. After the booking costs with hotels.com of $*** and a resort fee of $** I am at about $***.**. **We ran into one incident that was a little unsettling. We were asked by the time share company if we would be interested in going to a show that would cost is $** a ticket. Of course we were. We told the gentlemen that signed us up that our addresses didn't match on our Driver's License and he said that was fine. He signed us up took our $**.** and told us to meet the next morning with a second form of ID (insurance card). At this point we were under the impression we would be going to a show. **The next day we were unable to go on the tour because our address's didn't match!!! (after we p
