GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Hotmail customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~fire52god: The person and I could not communicate very well due to her extreme accent and asked several times speak to someone else. She refused to after ** or ** attemps to let me speak to someone else. Finally an hour later she got a supervisor and the same thing came out of it... I already had done the proper form online * other times and they still told me to do it again... the most frustrating experience I have been through. You need a plan B if the other tries have failed.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hotmail. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hotmail problem?
~fire52god: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~fire52god: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotmail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fire52god: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hotmail customers?
~fire52god: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hotmail to know who you are.
