~fayerss: Booked Hotrate hotel online. Supposed to be *.* star quality hotels like Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Crowne Plaza. Got no star basic motel which I could have booked cheaper direct. Raised this with them and got stock email back about the way they work out their ratings. Half hearted telephone call at lunchtime as I said I wanted to complain. They now ignore me. Will never use again. They misrepresent their service and take no responsibility for it.

~fayerss: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~fayerss: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotwire's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fayerss: For that I would say one out of five.
