~Lola: The person I was speaking with sounded like a teenager, and he clearly wasn't very bright. I had to repeat myself several times. I opened an account via the Chronicle website and still have yet to receive a paper. I have also sent them an email asking when I will receive a paper, to avail. No wonder their subscriber numbers are so low. Their customer service is horrible.
