~Mike: Over time, our non Gen * service has gotten slower and slower. Two days ago my email stopped coming to my desktop so I called. HughesNet service reps from India do what they always do.... they blame my computer. They give poor enough support that eventually you quit calling. I am considering going back to dial up, my only other option. Sky Blue, now Excede has a poor reputation as does Hughes.net. They remind me of AT&T. When they had the monoply, they told you to get lost. Only breaking a closed market like this forces a company to be polite and competitive and honest. That has not happened yet. Mike

~Mike: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Mike: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mike: For that I would say five out of five.

~Mike: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
