GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HughesNet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Hopping Mad: Up graded to Gen * told there would be no charge for this. suddenly a bill for the up grade while trying to resolve the issue disconnected. Pay $***.** to reconnect told there would be no other fees however they refused to put it writing. Now they are billing me an extra $***. This company is a rip off.Question are they regulated by the FCC or not or are they protected. If i could get another high speed I would tell to come for their equipment and stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
