GetHuman-256561: Hyundai has really let me down. I believe my dealer is the one who left me down mostly. I really had a bad problem with my **** sonata i bought in Dec. I am leaving for Fl. in * weeks my wife had MS & is blind, this is the truth. I told my dealer i needed more help with the problem which the mechanic said was spot welds that didn't hold * they would cut a hole in the vehicle & inject liquid metal at the spots that weren't holding. my dealer came up with an idea to sell me another sonata & like a dummy i agreed. it cost me almost $*,*** extra because of a car that wasn't bulit well by you. I lost my *.* financing, my * year free blue link & my faith in Hyundai. I asked my saleman what he would do as i already started a case & had a number. He told me that would take * months & likely would not be resolved in my favor. I called the customer service about the case & was told * time there was nothing they could do. They didn't even try. In fact one woman when i told her i had to pay out t

GetHuman-256561: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
