GetHuman-geraldi3: I found Affuenberg Hyundai not to be trust worthy if you have a law suit pending against Wilke Window and Door.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-geraldi3: I have a **** Genesis and in August bought a **** Santa Fe. I really like both cars but I used Auffenberg Hyundai and there are some type of infestation in both vehicles. (oil change and auto butler done in April on the Genesis). I had my Santa Fe * days and there was something biting me and my dogs. I have tried to get this resolved for a month now. I tried to give it back to the dealership on the *th day. Don Grider would not return my call at Auffenberg Hyundai. I got hold of the financial manger, Chris, and he walked the message to Don. It was then Don called and said I had to deal with corporate. I told him I know this was a personal attempt to persuade me to drop my law suit. Since then corporate has called once since August. I have this new SUV in the garage that I will not drive because the infestation is every where in the SUV. It is around my gas tank, the frame, seats, vents , dash board and any other place I vacuumed inside and out of the vehicle. I called again today and I was transferred to advance something and no one ever answered. This was not the vehicle I test drove. The one I drove had a trailer hitch and nothing but Santa Fe written on the back The one I was given did not have a trailer hitch and had Ultimate on the back. I had taken it back to Auffenberg to get the trailer hitch.I had to bring it in on the **th for them to work on it the **th so Auffenberg had the SUV two out of the * days. I want a new vehicle from some where other than Affuenberg Hyundai in O'Fallon Illinois.

GetHuman-geraldi3: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hyundai's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-geraldi3: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hyundai customers?
GetHuman-geraldi3: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hyundai to know who you are.
