GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ideeli customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~twinmom: I've spent way too much time watching the clock tick down trying to get their "red" sales. I was a "front row" member and with two computers and high speed internet they still sold out of what I wanted before I could click "buy." I'm convinced their really good "red" deals are bait and switch. Additionally, I've ordered what was supposed to be Custo Barcelona and it turned out to be "Custo Line" A cheaper made product. At least they took it back and gave me a refund. My most recent order which consisted of everything Desigual, took over a month to recieve, and a few items were wrong! Everything was returned out of frustration. I demanded a refund which took over * month, left voicemails, and three contacts with customer service via chat. Save yourself a headache even if it saves you a buck. The only good thing is that they actually make returning an item easy with their UPS labels. I just feel like they're a young company who really doesn't have it together yet.

~twinmom: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~twinmom: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ideeli's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~twinmom: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ideeli customers?
~twinmom: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ideeli to know who you are.
