GetHuman-41626: After an entire week of back and forth I've now had the worst experience from IKEA! First, the website accepted my orders then I received an email indicating that one of the orders was out of stock and to call IKEA. On the phone I found out that a second order was out of stock as well. I was on hold for an hour and a half and then I hung up (that wait time was just unacceptable). Then the next day I called and the sales team was already out for the day and I was to call back on Sunday. Sunday I called to verify the refund and the delivery. I asked the first rep to see if the items that were out of stock were available and she stated no. Speaking to the other rep to help purchase two other items to have a delivery merge (to save on delivery cost) that rep stated that the two items were in stock and was placed on my order....he stated I was to receive an email Sunday end of business day (*pm). I did not receive it. I called today (Monday) and now my delivery is not even being shipped!! I

GetHuman-41626: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ikea's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-41626: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ikea customers?
GetHuman-41626: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ikea to know who you are.
