~Beware Minefield!: Converted from Obamacare Silver to Medicare Keystone-**. Horrible! They lost enrollment form, had to re-enroll by phone * weeks later. Enrollment agent incompetent, failed to discuss my Rx list. Huge problems getting Rx's filled, had to file ** pages of Rx preauthorizations. Upon filing for a lower price tier, they lost the FAXes TWICE. In my *st month I filed * Grievances, both handled incompetently. Poorly trained CSR's. Now desperate to escape from this nightmare. I reviewed **** plans before selecting BC, there's HUGE details they don't say till after you're committed.
