~Sharon : I had called I & M during our power outage on June **th and let them know that our neighbor's tree fell on our outside line. An I & M truck came by and the * gentlemen told my husband and I that an "electrician" would have to fix our line. They were going to "let that electrical" department know we needed to have outside service. In addition to them letting I & M know about our outside line, I called and gave our address and phone number. To date, we have not received a call back or any service. We're very disappointed.
