~rod landry: I called this number twice now, two differnet days during their business hours. Entered option ** for existing orders, only to be put to voicemail. I have left messages each time with no response as of yet. I've also sent two emails to customer service as well. I used inksmile for a number of years now. They are usually responsive, maybe some changes in customer service structure?? I requested lemark cartidges which was reported on the shipping invoice but received canon cartidges instead.
