~needed_help: While you will speak with someone, it seems they have no actual knowledge about the Intex products. I called with specific questions and she could not anser one, it seemed she was reading answers to me, just so she could reply with something- then she kept telling me she did not have an ETA- I politely told her I was not asking for an "Estimated time of Arrival" I wanted to know how to repair a small leak that we seem to have that we are having trouble locating & suspect is on the seam? I also was asking if it is typical that an Ultra Liner(not sure she even knew the difference or what I was talking about) only lasted * summers and were slow leaks on the seam typical? Was loving this pool, but if only * summers was a little overpriced- we paid extra for the Ultra because we wanted a few summers out of it.
