~FrustratedWithIntuit: I always dread calling Intuit. I have had to call them for Quicken and Quickbooks - for various reasons, purchasing checks, registering a new license, etc. Every time I call I have a rude person that I cannot understand. I am not purchasing my checks through Intuit any longer. I will also look for an alternative to Quickbooks and Quicken!

~FrustratedWithIntuit: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~FrustratedWithIntuit: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Intuit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FrustratedWithIntuit: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Intuit customers?
~FrustratedWithIntuit: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Intuit to know who you are.
