~harriet: Waited over an hour on a chat line so that I could get a refund on quicken ****. After more tedious minutes on the line, the rep informed me that I had to wait at least ** hours after my purchase to apply for a refund and had to start the process all over again at that time

~harriet: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~harriet: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Intuit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~harriet: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Intuit customers?
~harriet: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Intuit to know who you are.
