GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Iomega customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Customer: IOmega does not phone numbers readily available on their website so you have to dig and dig and dig to find a number that tell you if you want Tech Support you have to pay them $** to talk to someone. They only to chat which for most of us that work we don't need to have our hands tied typing to someone! In addition once you get a phone number by the chat person if you are a frustrated customer the customer representative other the phone will answer your questions in a rude fashion. I WILL NEVER BY AN IOMEGA DRIVE OR STORAGE UNIT AND FURTHERMORE THEY HAVE PROVEN NOT TO BE A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY. TO ALL BE AWARE OF IOMEGA.

~Customer: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Iomega's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Customer: For that I would say three out of five.
