~mochalleng: This was my second contact with Iomega support. It seems the replacement, as with all their WARRANTY replacements, was a re-conditioned unit. After complaining several times to the customer support email, all they do is promise that they will make it right if there is an issue with the new reconditioned unit, using the excuse that they are giving me an upgrade to a *TB drive. *By the way, this line is NOT open ****. They are not open on weekends. Also, Iomega is now Lenovo If you are considering a Lenovo unit, I would take this attitude into consideration before doing so.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Iomega. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Iomega problem?
~mochalleng: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mochalleng: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Iomega's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mochalleng: For that I would say five out of five.

~mochalleng: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Iomega to know who you are.
