~Tourist54220: Booked a tour for ******* and owner cancelled it three hours prior. I had to pre-pay in full, $*** for the tour. Owner states he has a NO REFUND policy and refuses to return money. When called, he hung up on me. Has not replied to follow-up e-mail. Owner did not provide service, and has kept my money. It needs to be refunded immediately.
