~Queen_fuego: They have me a preferred card claiming there would be $** on there as soon as my refund got accepted by the IRS which would take anywhere from ** seconds to an hour. Then they send me a link so I can apply for $*** and I got approved saying it would be in the preferred card in * hour along with the $**. It's been over ** hours and I can't even get the card activated. No one will answer their phone and after reviewing my paperwork I saw that they misspelled my name on everything. Worst customer service I've had ever. Place was dirty, the staff was basically going through the motions ignoring me and on their cellphones as they file my tax return. Rudest thing I've ever seen. And to top it off its all a scam. Jackson Hewitt must stop existing as a company. Like seriously.
