~duedilligence: Staff, while polite, are given no options or phone numbers to help. I needed an immediate appointment (within *-* days) and was told I would have to wait about * days for a response to their forwarding an email to corporate office. The local number for JH had no one who spoke English!!!! *Jackson Hewitt originally sent IRS BLANK paperwork when I filed taxes...Then failed to donate the $**, advertised to a charity (I had to fight for an assurance they'd do so). Their office (at the time) was filthy..full of pizza boxes...hot...the preparer was nice but looked like she was on her way to a garage sale. Just the worst experience. Ran back to HR Block the following year
