GetHuman-407785: Was told that they were booked all day, she asked me if I would like to file an extension, I said no I'd rather do it now, and that I'd try hr block, she knew that hr block would be booked too but said nothing, just laughed at me with the look she gave me, so I came back to file the extension she asked me about and she says that I need to go online,why didn't she tell me that in the first place?! I think my * year old is brighter than this girl, she was in her early **s and she was in charge, the other guy ( who was supposed to be booked )was just sitting there doing nothing both times I was there, he wouldn't even look at me, the ** something girl was so unhelpful and unknowledgeable to call her a tax expert is a flat out joke, I will never use Jackson Hewitt For the rest of my life because they hire morons, I will tell anyone who will listen to avoid Jackson Hewitt, it was the worst customer service experience of my life, and two hours il never get back
