~bjowens: I've been using Jackson Hewitt for many years and never had any problems but this year Cheryl in Milton fl office didn't fill out one of the forms correct and IRS sent me a letter try to go by office it was closed called *** number and lady on phone wasn't helpful so I asked for a supervisor I was on hold for and hour all I wanted was to know what office was open that I could go to and get some answer but after an hour and no one checked on me or let me know what was going just left me on hold so I will never give Jackson Hewitt another dollar and all the people I sent to y'all will know the kind of customer service y'all have just glad y'all showed me now and not ** years later because I had no plans leaving Jackson Hewitt but will not stand being treated like that
