GetHuman-cynthiaf: First of all I have been a customer for ** years and this year I have been nothing but discussed. I signed up for the *** dollars and was approved but because of some type of glitch I didn't receive it. Ok. Now I filed on ***** , paid over $*** and still haven't received my refund. Then I get a email saying that my money has been deposited into my account, only to find out that it was an accident! !! REALLY! ! I'M DONE! !!!
