GetHuman-170932: I called * times. The service dept pick up the call quickly but I need to be transferred to the application dept which is horrible. I doubt anyone alive there? *st-**mins, no one answer, call again, *nd-** mins, no one answer, call again. *rd, ** mins,no one answer, call again. *th, **mins,no one answer, call again. *th, I require to talk with the manager, the rep was ignored me (I'm foreigner, maybe she thought it's easy to discard. )and said you can't talk with the manager. *........*I am still waiting for someone pick up the phone. *Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
