~HEIDI NAJDA: I'm calling cause my heating pad completely stopped working all on it's own. I hadn't even bought a month ago. I need my heating pad due to lower back pain. Please replace*send me a new one? Another thing bothers me is that this company should send the customer a postaged box for free seeings that it's their merchandise that failed.
