~Vanessa's kindle: I could not understand the tec at all and she kept asking me the same questions over and over after I had told her what the problem was. She then ask me to hold the power button down for ** second and I held button down and she kept asking me when it would not power up if I had held for ** seconds, after *-* times, I told her I had been holding button down since she said to and she said she understood and I told her apparently she didn't since she was asking me over and over if I had help button down. I then ask where she was located and she said in the Phillipines, why is someone in the Phillipines helping me in the US and it then explained why I was having so much trouble understand the tec. They took my number and a US rep will call me back. It is *:** now, hope they call soon
