~BAD Kitchen Aid Counter top Pr: HORRIBLE extremely horrible service, long agonizing waiting hour, does not want to replace defective products which was just purchased few weeks ago! **AVOID Kitchen Aid products at all! We will NEVER buy this product so as WHIRLPOOL in general--out of our MAP!** The customer cares keep us transferring from one phone numbers to another. At the end they do not replace their own defective product---need to file costumer protection for this**BAD BAD SERVICE & BAD BAD PRODUCT--it is a slowcooker countertop who does not want to heat up properly!!!
