~gelgamesh: I have had Kobo on my blackberry Q** for over a year. In that time I have never had a book not download, either free or purchased. I recently purchased * books in a series all downloaded and opened except book **. I tried to a week to sync and reload to no avail. Finally I called KOBO and got a rep with a slight accent who informed me that if I looked at the bottom of the site it did not show a blackberry symbol so the book is not compatible. Treating me like i was less than intelligent she kept saying "You are not listening, it will not work and speaking to a manager will not change that" I informed her I had lots of book without BB symbol she kept repeating that no BB symbol means the book will not work. The only thing they could do was reimburse the amount. I asked to speak with manager and she refused then finally put me on hold and the call hung up. I called back and got the same agent who argued with me several minutes before i finally said if she did not get a manager i would se

~gelgamesh: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kobo Books's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~gelgamesh: For that I would say four out of five.
