~jack: I AM DISABLED AND ASKED YOUR TECH PERSON TO REMOTELY INSTALL A DRIVER FOR MY **** SERIES PRINTER IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR AND HE COULD NOT INSTALL IT. CAN YOU HELP ME.
