~Very Unhappy: I accidentally left my change at Kroger here in town and when I called to ask about it the manager refused to see if the attendant took it .. I have seen time and time agian they tend to take the change and put it in their pockets. Will NEVER shop there agian. Not only that I bought meat there that smelled like fish. I bought three and they only were willing to replace one.

~Very Unhappy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Very Unhappy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kroger's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Very Unhappy: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kroger customers?
~Very Unhappy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kroger to know who you are.
