GetHuman-177894: I had not ever called for a customer complaiint to any store before. I felt that this one was justified as I was unable to receive any satisfaction from two direct store managers.*The service agent that I spoke with was articulate and understanding.*I was promised a call back from "someone" for a formal apology. *Let's wait and see...*I should also say this...*I love Kroger stores, as a rule.*We'll just see how this turns out...
