~grasshopper: The man I spoke to could not or would not help me and told me that none of the Corporate Managers knew what food products were in the stores. I was trying to make a complaint about some bulk food which was wrongly labeled. Important for Diabetics.

GetHuman: And what about Kroger's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~grasshopper: For that I would say three out of five.
