~Sofia: Today I had a bad experience at kroger for the third time in a week. I went grocery shopping and they charged me for the merchandise and at the time I got home I found they did not placed it in my bag. I had to drive all the way back to receive my merchandise. Nobody seemed to be surprised and I was not questioned, the cashier simply asked me to bring the merchandise back and placed it in a bag for me. The same happened at two different stores within a week! Is this a new trend? I am mortified and very upset about it. NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE!

~Sofia: For that I would say four out of five.
