~anonymous: I was being charged even though I had already sent a letter in... the lady cancelled for me, set up a refund, but the confirmation email that was promised never came. I had to call them back, and the guy I spoke with took care of it, and I got the email while I was still on the phone. Not perfect service, but better that I expected!

~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LA Fitness's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.

~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LA Fitness to know who you are.
