~lindynvegas: My daughter, Jessica Morgan, closed out her *bank account in January ****, I specifically went into the Skokie branch of (then) Ballys and gave my credit card account number ending with ****. I was VERY SPECIFIC, stating that I am closing my daughters checking account and to PLEASE bill my Mastercard from now on for the monthly payments. This was done on January **, **** at the Skokie branch. I have since received a letter from the "closed out" Charter bank account stating that L.A. fitness deducted the $** fee on February *, ****. I have been billed an additional $** fee for overdraft fees. I FEEL L.A. FITNESS should not only pay me back the $** fee, but the overdraft fees. I have been with Ballys for over ** years. I am livid. ~lindynvegas: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lindynvegas: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LA Fitness's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lindynvegas: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LA Fitness customers?
~lindynvegas: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LA Fitness to know who you are.
