~By Louis: I was a walk in and from the moment I stepped in all I heard was complaining. how tired they were, how many patients they had for the day. looking like they didn't want to be there. when it was time to take my blood, didn't ask me to ball up my fist and just pushed the needle in with my compassion at all. and before I could even get up I had pain running from my are right into my shoulder and chest. I have never had this kind reaction ever or have ever been treated like this. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
