GetHuman-99068: Wait time- ** min that day but called * times over * weeks to schedule*Wouldn't accept insurance as didn't understand military insurance*Lab tech did not understand lab orders. Glucose tolerance test you must draw lab and return in two hours to draw again*Despite appointment they didn't have labels -hope our results were ours. She didn't seem to worry*Called customer service about bill- lied to me about resolution as * month later what she said would happen did not. *Every location is different. But I'd advise to use your local hospital. At least you can find a real person to help you
